What a terrific gym. The only disadvantage is that it's so busy that you have to wait for around 15 minutes to perform a workout. It won't be crowded, though, if you turn up after 8 p.m. or before 3 a.m., and on weekends not busy all day long

Good gym since the upgrade, bit warm in there sometimes for training. Nice staff and customers are good. Not bad for being in a shopping centre.

Gym is close to every other store since it is in stockland, staff are very nice and helpful if someone asks for help. No one cares if yoi are loud when working out because its a gym, no karens are found here. People who workout here are also so wonderful.
