This company fraudulently debited $100 from my bank account after I cancelled their so called "No Lock in, No Exit Fee Contract". When I contacted the call centre, my complaint was completely ignored. I consider the owners of this company to be nothing but thieves. NSW Fair Trading has been notified. I hope the thieves who run this company are punished to the full extent of the law. Do not join, as this company with thieve money directly from your bank account when you cancel the "No-fixed term contract".
