I cannot speak highly enough of this place. As soon as I walked into the studio I was welcomed by smiling faces and immediately felt at ease. Bridie and Ward are absolute professionals and are very kind people. It abundantly clear all staff are passionate about the industry and love what they do. I am so glad I have found this place. The studio itself is kept in immaculate condition and is exceptionally clean and tidy. I have only been going for a month and have already seen results with my strength and endurance. I'm excited for what my long term results will be.
Absolutely adore this studio. I started attending Core Plus Ascot Vale before my pregnancy and during my first trimester and always loved the vibe and the culture there. I have now been able to return in my third trimester, since they have introduced ‘warm’ classes and they couldn’t have made me feel more welcome and comfortable. Each instructor has taken the time to make sure I am keeping up ok and have modified my exercises where required. Feeling really grateful to have a studio like this in my area and really appreciate the effort and consideration staff have gone to include me/pregnant women in their classes x.
I cannot speak highly enough of CorePlus Ascot Vale. I have been attending classes for a while now and love the warm and welcoming environment that Bridie and Ward along with the other instructors have created. I love Bridie's words of encouragement and motivation to help get me through her cardio classes along with the pumping music, especially at 6am, and Ward's gentle reminder to keep breathing. As owners I find them very approachable, accommodating and always up for a chat and a laugh which just adds to the whole positive vibes that this studio represents. They have created a beautiful community which I am so happy to be a part of it.
This studio is absolutely amazing. The space is sparkling clean and beautiful, the instructors are lovely, fun and energetic (they play good tunes for class too!) and the other members are all very friendly and welcoming. The best part about the classes is that they cater for all abilities with options for the more seasoned attendees and easier options to take for days when you just aren’t feeling it or want a bit of a rest. I love making time for myself and visiting Core Plus Ascot Vale as part of my routine!

The studio has such a lovely community vibe and the owners & instructors are always so welcoming, friendly, helpful and highly professional. The studio is stunning.....spacious, clean and beautifully designed with top-notch equipment. Classes are challenging, pumping with brilliant music and have a high energy that makes each class fun & addictive!
