An incredible studio! Brie and the rest of the team are extremely friendly and always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome! There is always a new and fun challenge in each class and the instructors are always there to help you get the most out of each class by offering alternative options to exercises to tailor the class to suit your ability! Could not recommend CorePlus Balwyn more if you are looking for a Pilates and Yoga studio.
A beautiful modern studio with excellent classes that get you moving! This studio is situated in a great spot, super easy to get parking, and the space is gorgeous with natural light, greenery and state of the art tech e.g. heated studio. They've even got amenities such as hairties in the bathroom if you need. How annoying is it when you forget to bring a hairtie to workout?! Such thoughtful touches! The classes are engaging, make you sweat but are accommodating because you are always given modifications if you need e.g. I have an ACL injury but I am always provided options to ensure I feel comfortable but challenged. The instructors are motivating and knowledgeable, and overall the team is just so lovely and friendly. The studio also runs great offers so always good to keep an eye out! I really appreciate CorePlus' concept and vision around exercise. It's refreshing to attend a studio that emphasises holistic health - doing what works best for you and not pushing yourself beyond your limit. The Balwyn studio has a great local community feel and I highly recommend all to attend!

The studio has just opened but so far all the classes have been fantastic! All staff are super friendly and helpful. Have trained at other Pilates studios before and CorePlus has been my favourite ☺️ Haven’t tried other CorePlus studios but can recommend Balwyn!
