It's very welcoming gym. More suited for older girls, but my overall experience for 1 year is nothing but positive. All instructors are very friendly and professional. Very keen to know what i want and always encourage me. I joined for 1 year and during that period, I went 3 times a week. No skipping! I always waste my 1 year gym membership after a few months, so this gym is definitely motivating, and very comfortable to get in. I grew to like weight training and decided to move on to another gym after 1 year, but I definitely recommend this gym to all women especially if you are 50+. Maybe I'll re-join again when I get to that age group...!

I have been a member of this gym for over five years now and just couldn't imagine going to any other gym. Staff genuinely do care about getting results for each and every member and I regard staff more as friends than coaches. There is a lovely atmosphere at Curves Dural which makes working out a joy rather than a burden. A rare gem of a business.

This is the only gym I have ever been to that has kept me coming back for more, week after week. Once you get accustomed to the hours, Curves Dural provides a genuinely supportive, social environment with no pressure for local women who have chosen to try and improve their health and lifestyle. My favourite feature is their stretching rack, done after completing the circuit. Definitely recommend signing up, and committing to going there a consistent 2-3 times a week to achieve your personal goals.
