I dont where I would be without Curves. Not just physically but for mental health as well. Not only do I feel so much better in myself but I have made some lovely friends and I include the coaches in that. Tracey, Diana, Denise and Karen ( yes cant forget you ) are the best.

If you are looking to improve your fitness. I can highly recommend Curves Rosebud. I have had the pleasure of attending this centre when visiting my Mum over the past few years. Tracey and her team are continually motivating and nurturing. This is reflected in the regular attendance of their members.
