Derrimut 24/7 Melton is a great gym that offers a wide variety of equipment and features to suit everyone's needs. Customers appreciate the cleanliness of the gym, the helpful and friendly staff, and the variety of classes available. The gym is spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of parking and facilities that are kept in good order. Customers also appreciate the separate space for women to work out, as well as the retail store at the entrance with a variety of apparel and supplement range.
The staff at Derrimut 24/7 Melton are highly praised for their customer service and helpfulness. Customers have mentioned that the staff are very interactive and approachable, and are always willing to help and support each other. Mark and Jack, in particular, have been praised for their helpfulness and politeness.
The gym is also praised for its affordability, with customers mentioning that they have received great deals on their memberships. The only downside mentioned by customers is the lack of air conditioning in the upstairs area, which can get very hot during the summer.
Easily the best gym I’ve been to ever, first off the variety of equipment available for everyone, even when the gym is packed with people there is still room for someone to get a workout in, secondly, cleanliness, I’m used to gyms having terrible toilets with little to no care taken of it, unlike derrimut which is very well taken care of, also the staff are very interactive/approachable they’re always down for a chat when arriving or leaving, overall derrimut gym has the best overall experience and easily deserves a 5 star rating
Missing equipment. Gym has reached way beyond its capacity. Every week something new breaks. At least the staff is well mannered.
Out of all the Derrimut gym locations I've been to so far, Melton Derrimut gym is the best. A supportive, clean and friendly environment, with lots of gym-goers willing to help and support each other. Special shoutout to their staff Jack, he not only help us feeling comfortable in the gym, he also helped us with replacing our punctured tyre. Can't thank you enough! you guys are the best!!!
The best gym with a wide variety of new equipment and helpful staff. Had the best customer service and advice from Jack and Mark who were super helpful, enthusiastic, and friendly the whole time! Thanks again!
This is a great gym! They have enough equipments for a packed day and there are variety workout sessions in their timetable ! I like they also have separate space for women to work out - and their classes have zumba too at 5 PM on one of the weekday. I compared Genesis, Anytime Fitness( Melton south & Wier Views) and Jetts (Cobblebank) for me and Mrs. I felt this was the best choice. They also offer good deals, i took an annual subscription for 299 once and 399 the other time (50 bucks for processing) but still i felt was the bargain.
