Derrimut 24/7 Norwood is a great gym for anyone looking to get fit and stay healthy. Customers love the spacious facility, which is well-equipped with a huge selection of machines and weights. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the gym is open and staffed 24/7, making it easy to get the supplements and renew memberships at any time of the day or night. The new upgrade has tripled the size of the gym, and the prices are incredibly affordable. Customers also appreciate the cleanliness of the gym and the good working out atmosphere, with loud music and a great selection of healthy food and drinks in the fridges. The staff are also praised for their helpfulness and friendliness, with one employee in particular being singled out for her excellent customer service. Despite the occasional overcrowding, customers are generally very happy with the gym and would highly recommend it.
Huge gym. Great amount of machines in the main room. I'm slowly becoming a 'gym' person! Not much attention given to the Ladies Room though with machines out of order for more than a month, more broken that the staff didn't know about until we told them (that had been broken for more than 2 weeks) and no padding on a lot of the changeable handles.
Generally very pleasant, inexpensive and large gym in convenient location and open 24 hours. Some old equipment and frustrating at times with numerous “out of order signs” on various equipment. Rowing machine is old and had been out of action for several weeks at one time. Otherwise I enjoy training here regularly.
A great place to work out. However, parking is a problem at peak times and the lockers in the change room are never available/insufficient for the amount of members. Otherwise fabulous gym, vibes and equipment.
Imagine, you walk in, first time visiting the derro-mutts gym. The guy and girl behind the counter are too scared to actually interact, so they charge you $15 entry and tell you to use the 2nd gate for entrance to the gym. You'd think (as I did tell them it was my first time checking this gym out), that they'd be more than excited to show me around the gym, and make a sale. Instead they are too busy being useless and doing sweet nothing. Pathetic.
I have joined the club for 2 years. This is my first time to visit this branch. The staff is surprisingly helpful and friendly. This is a very big gym with lots of great equipments also is a wheelchair accessible place! There is sauna room. People train hard here and strong like beasts! Highly recommended!!!
