Derrimut 24_7 Rundle Mall is a fantastic gym that offers a wide range of facilities and features. Customers love the friendly and accommodating staff, the friendly atmosphere, and the vast array of equipment available. The gym is well-equipped with ~6 squat racks and ~5 bench press (flat and inclined) so you do not have to wait for long during peak hours to use them. The staff are highly praised for their helpfulness and friendliness, and the gym is kept clean and tidy. The gym also offers a sauna and showering facilities, and the changing bench area is also small. The gym is also great value for money, especially if you subscribe for a year at a promotional price. Customers also appreciate the music, which is loud enough to be enjoyable but not too loud to damage people's hearing. Overall, customers are very satisfied with the gym and would highly recommend it to others.
Staff here are really friendly and accommodating! There wasn't any hand soap in the ladies bathroom last week but the girl at the front counter had some in the staff bathroom so she put that in there! She had said the delivery hadn't arrived yet due to supply shortages but said they'd have some in soon! The atmosphere at Rundle is so friendly and the staff and other members are so nice and talkative! 10/10 gym
Don't go there people! Don't let they manipulate you by many discounts! It's more than 2 weeks that there is no hand wash in the toilets!!! Are you kiddin me? And when you ask them they answer: uh sorry and they don't bring any!
I request the night staff to make speakers volume little bit low at night time around 2:am when there are only two or three persons in the GYM. He rudely answer and keep the volume high. If he can not provide good customers service, he does not deserve to be there. Feel sorry for the owner to have these kinds of staff.
Derrimut Gym is a huge gym that boasts a vast array of equipment - both machines and free weights. Importantly, there are ~6 squat racks and ~5 bench press (flat and inclined) so you do not have to wait for long during peak hours to use them. The downside lies in the toilet (gents) and maintenance. Although it is equipped with a sauna and showering facilities, it can be difficult to use during busy times. The changing bench area is also small. Because the gym is heavily utilized, equipment faults are becoming a common sight and cleanliness standards seem to lag behind. The crowd is made up of mostly students (high school to university). For the amount paid, it's value for money especially if you subscribe for a year at a promotional price. Overall, it's a great gym! .
Definitely the worst customer service I find the gyms in Australia. Last year I took a one year subscription and ask the manager if I can transfer the membership to my husband if I am not using it...they said you can do that...but now they are telling me it is not in a contract. That is a false promise they have done. These people are cheat....they are giving false promises to the customer and then take the money and change the condition....that is really unacceptable. I will never recommend this gym to anyone.
