The equipment is of high quality and the centre is well-maintained and secure. Customers have praised the ‘Six Pack Attact’ class with Tracey as the instructor, and have commented on the motivation and encouragement that she provides during each class. The centre also offers personal training options, and a variety of classes and exercise protocols. The opening times are convenient and there is ample parking available.
