I love working out at F45 Armadale CBD, the coachs are friendly, encouraging, motivating and helpful. It's amazing how many calories you can burn in 45 minutes. It's can be tough but what is 45 minutes of your day? You'll feel good afterwards, it's the best start to a day.
Best decision I made in July 2018 joining the team at F45 Armadale... coaches are great will see you through any challenge from start to finish they are encouraging!!! Have met some great people whilst training there love it love it
F45 is amazing! I was always a bit sceptical about joining another gym as I have zero motivation! After doing the 2 week free trial with a friend I was addicted!! The loud music makes it even more enjoyable, the coaches are there to help and push you that little bit further which is what I need. Probably he best thing I did in 2018 was sign up :)
The trainers at F45 Armadale are amazing! Always motivating and supporting throughout your F45 experience. There are so many different classes and times so I can always fit it into my schedule! Thank you to the team there, I will definitely be continuing my training here!
I'm done. I'm absolutely done with dumb boring normal regular gyms!!! F45 is totally my favourite thing now. I FRIKKEN LOVE IT!! F45 Armadale CBD have got me hooked! Love the workouts, love the people, love the trainers, love the vibe!!! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to smash some fitness goals. Not even joking, my other gym membership has no chance now it's getting cancelled. I can't gym slash exercise any other way now. Thank you Armadale team!!
