F45 Armidale has a fabulous crew of welcoming staff and members, who make it a great place to train . Workouts are all over in 45 mins , and you don’t really have to think while you are there , just follow along . Whether you are a beginner or looking for something new , it’s suitable for everyone .
After initially being so scared to go, I am so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and gave it a go cause now I'm hooked. All the trainers are so friendly and make you feel welcomed by saying good morning to everyone individually by name. They push you to be better and the workouts are amazing. Definitely my favourite gym I have attended
First time into a gym in over 11 years. Staff were SUPER approachable, very polite, patient and understanding. Class was great fun, music and atmosphere made it so enjoyable. Very clean, very well organised, very well set out. Huge space so a lot of room. Very high tech with all the screens and instructions. Such a positive experience! Was a bit anxious at the start but the Member’s all were very encouraging!
