F45 Aspley is a gym that is loved by its customers for its welcoming and supportive atmosphere. The trainers are highly experienced and knowledgeable, and they pay close attention to form and technique during the sessions. They are also very encouraging and motivating, and they make sure that everyone feels comfortable and at home. The classes have a great energy and the members quickly become part of the family.
The facilities are top-notch, with plenty of space and quality equipment. The opening times are great, with a 5.05am class for early birds. The classes are varied and interesting, and the trainers make sure that everyone is pushing themselves to reach their potential. The gym also has a “no dickhead” policy, so everyone is welcome and there is no judgment.
The gym is also very accommodating, with the trainers going above and beyond to make sure that everyone is happy. During the COVID lockdown, they worked hard to keep everyone motivated and they have created an atmosphere that is like no other. Customers have said that F45 Chermside is life-changing and that it has become their second home. They have also said that it is the best gym they have ever been a part of and that it is the perfect place to reach your goals and have fun while doing it.
If you’ve ever walked past an F45 and thought “I’d love to do that”, all I can say is just bloody do it! I was always too scared or intimidated to go in and just give it a go. Boy was I mistaken! It is the most inclusive, supportive and encouraging environment you could ask for. It’s not just for the super fit people. It’s for everybody and EVERY BODY! From the owners to the trainers and everything in between, it’s hands down amazing and you’ll be thanking yourself later for just giving it a go! Life changing! (I’ve never enjoyed a gym class so much that I would get up at 4.30am to make sure I could make it to a class - until F45 Chermside!)
Best F45 I’ve been to! Facilities are great, heaps of space and the trainers are all super motivating and friendly. My wife and I were only in town for a weekend but didn’t want to miss out on our gym fix. Felt very welcomed and at home. Plenty of focus and attention from the coaches. If I lived in the area this would be my gym, for sure. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Adam and all the trainers there are absolutely amazing! The vibes are always high and you feel motivated to consistently show up and give it your best. If you lack motivation this gym is just what you need!
Trained at the Chermside studio this week as was staying close by for work - Adam and the trainers are super friendly and create such a great environment for everyone who attends. If you are thinking of choosing Chermside to be your home studio run don’t walk! You will not be disappointed!
Walking into F45 Chermside I was watching the exercises thinking my body could never do this, but 10 months later I can do it all and along with a mindset change and a handy amount of weight loss due to the expectional trainers encouragement to help you reach your potential. F45 Chermside becomes your second home where you make long life friends and a place where you feel comfortable with no judgment. F45 Chermside is a community and truly is a life changing place!
