F45 Bondi Junction is a fantastic gym that offers a wide range of classes and personal training options. Customers love the friendly and knowledgeable staff, the motivating atmosphere, and the variety of classes. The trainers are always encouraging and helpful, and they make sure that everyone is doing the exercises correctly. The classes are always different and never boring, and the trainers are always pushing you to reach your goals. The gym is also spacious and well-equipped, and the Saturday live DJ and stretching at the end of classes make it a great place to work out. Customers have also commented on the great results they have seen in just three weeks, and the friendly community atmosphere. All in all, F45 Bondi Junction is a great place to get fit and have fun.
Love training with the team, so knowledgeable in what they know, not just about exercise, but managing injuries, and diet, I’ve trained at other places in bondi, and felt like I was looked down on for not being a size 6 and an influencer. However at f45, I am welcomed, encouraged, and feel fantastic about myself when I leave a session. Big fan of f45 and the team in bondi junction,

It's been almost a month since I joined the F45 family and there's no day I regret it. I tried many gyms, but I felt that non of them gave me what I was looking for. Finally I found this place and I love it!
Great vibe and place! First time visiting this location and I love it! Lots of difference between the others F45 that I’ve been, also the trainers Jose and Lou were very helpful and care. They also have a DJ and do stretching at the end
