F45 Booragoon is a fantastic place to train and get into shape. The owners, Nick and Kate, are incredibly welcoming and encouraging, and the trainers are professional and experienced. The huge warehouse space is well-maintained and provides plenty of room to work out. The atmosphere is friendly and positive, with members and staff alike making everyone feel welcome.
The workouts are varied and challenging, and the staff take the time to ensure that everyone is learning the right techniques. The members have formed genuine friendships and the community is incredibly supportive. Customers have praised the trainers for their knowledge and motivation, as well as the owners for their positive attitude and care for the members.

I love being apart of F45 Booragoon! The owners Kerrie and Mike are awesome. They make working out fun, and celebrate all occasions. The trainers are equally great and work to encourage and challenge you depending on your goals. Would recommend :)

Great atmosphere, trainers are encouraging, personable and friendly - even the members make this place welcoming for everyone.One of the only F45s where you are encouraged to go at your own pace and make adjustments to exercises you aren't comfortable with.There is heaps of space to work out and facilities are well maintained.
