F45 Broadmeadows is the best studio anyone can train at. It is very spacious and the trainers are all amazing. Every trainer there helps out with anything you ask for. Such a amazing environment to be at.
F45 is infectious ! ! !Adrenaline PUMPING , heart RACING and muscles BURNING pretty much sums it up.Its not for the faint hearted or for those who give up easily. However, if you want to get your ass into gear and do some serious training with quick and fast results, then this is the training style for you.The atmosphere is what I love most of all. The loud music soaring throughout the session really strives your motivation and gets you in the right frame of mind to lift those weights and push yourself.Highly recommend.
This place actually changed my life ! I started in the first challenge towards end of 2017 planning to get fit and lose weight and not only did that but I exceeded what I thought I would achieve with the efforts of the trainers . I gained a new family that could push me to achieve the best in myself . This is a place you can never forget or leave . They deliver more than expected and results that last forever ! .
