I’ve been a member now for 3 years and love CJ F45! It’s totally a life changer for me and I’m fitter and healthier than ever! Beautifully appointed studio, trainers friendly and encouraging, interesting and challenging mix of classes, and a great community feel. The only gym I’ve ever been inspired to attend consistently 5 days a week on a regular basis.
F45 CJ is awesome for all the right reasons. Skilled, knowledgeable & encouraging trainers that challenge you every session. Workouts are a great mix of HIIT & resistance, always keeping you on your toes! The community that’s been created is superb. If you are looking for a friendly, fun & dynamic studio to join where you sweat, laugh & achieve fitness goals together this is the place. It’s where I go every morning for my fitness hit before the sun rises & leave energized, connected & happy & grateful!
I tried various gyms and fitness challenges until I started at F45 CJ two years ago.. two years and I’m still surprised with new workouts and events that they come up with every week , sometimes multiple times a week! … the trainers are always encouraging and helping with techniques. I’ve also participated in F45 challenges and achieved great results . Totally love it
Joined as a foundation member a couple of years ago. Bec runs a great fitness studio. All trainers are professional, attentive and good fun. Not all F45 studios are the same, the staff make ALL the difference. Camberwell Junction is one of the best I've been a member of, thanks so much :-)
F45 Camberwell Junction - cannot recommend highly enough. Extremely clean studio, staff knowledgeable, very helpful and motivational to the membership community. Studio caters to a mix of all age and fitness groups - beginner to athlete. During lockdowns they even checked in on members periodically and ran classes remotely online. Should be the template for other F45 studios! 5 stars ⭐️
