Amazing trainers / atmosphere / group of people to train with / work out. Everyone’s encouraging whether it is the trainers or people you may be training with. Very good set up for people who are beginners or advanced as the trainers help with form throughout the session and pushing you to the next level. Highly recommend.
Amazing trainers. Very helpful when I first started. I had so much anxiety being a bigger girl and zero to none exercise. When I first thought of F45, I was scared and thinking no way could I do those classes. The best thing that everyone needs to understand is you go at your own comfortable pace. Yes the trainers do push you, but I know it’s for the good and I could do better. They are not there just to stalk you, even thou it can feel like it, they do seem to creep up when you stop working out hahhahaha Great atmosphere, music always gets me working harder. Friendly members if you wanna socialise or non judgemental if you prefer not to. At the end of the day we all die between 45-60 mins together. Highly recommend
I did F45 in Sydney and hated it. I won't go in to why, but at Charmhaven, within minutes of joining they proved how different they were. The trainers know every single person, their injuries, their abilities, how and when to push them, and when to back off. They make every session fun, you are sweating to death and they come along and make you laugh, which is hard, because you want to hate them because of the crazy hard workout, but you secretly love them haha! Honestly, no word of a lie, in my 15 years of training in gyms, I have never felt so comfortable, so looked after, and like I was a genuine friend to the team. Will be doing everything in my power to stay with this crew even if I move out of the area!
