Training at F45 Coburg is always something I look forward to. I’m always motivated and keen to train as it’s never boring, like the gym. The trainers make every session more enjoyable with their encouragement and they are always upbeat. I’ve come a long way since i started 5 years ago, with amazing results.
A great encouraging environment with endless support, that creates a sense of belonging, very dedicated team that I can’t thank enough. As hard as the training can be, Kathy’s “Almost there” would make it sound easy and fun. Haven’t tried other F45’s and I don’t think that it’s an option! Keep it up team!
