The staff are incredibly professional and passionate about helping customers reach their goals. The classes are varied and challenging, and the 45 minute sessions are perfect for those with busy lifestyles.
The gym is also well equipped with top quality equipment and the app based class booking system makes it easy to plan ahead. Customers also appreciate the meal plans available at no extra cost and the child minding facility for certain classes.

During the last week of a challenge i unexpectedly had to make a trip from QLD to Wollongong. The guys at f45 corrimal were so welcoming and helped me continue my challenge. I also found that continuing with my fitness while away help tremendously with my mental health during a very difficult time. Thank you very much guys

From the moment I set foot in the gym, I knew it was going to be the supportive environment I needed to achieve my goals. 8 months on and I still love waking up everyday and getting my F45 session in. All the trainers are always encouraging and pushing you to challenge yourself which is the most important thing and is something that I was lacking. Overall I’ve loved the change to my daily routine due to scheduling in F45 and I am loving every minute.
My teenage daughter and I love F45! We are fitter, happier and healthier as a result. It has boosted her self esteem, and at 48 years of age I have never felt better. The trainers are amazing and always ensure we are doing the exercises correctly to reduce injury. Thanks everyone at F45!
F45 Corrimal is the best! As hard as the classes may be sometimes, the staff and people keep you motivated. It is an excellent space, and a great workout. The staff are well trained, professional and enthusiastic. I haven’t stuck at a gym for very long in the past, but F45 Corrimal is the exception! I’ve been going over a year now and, especially because the classes and music change daily, I will continue going as long as I can. Thanks team :)
