All the trainers truly embody amazing trainers and an amazing studio! Dee, Taylor and Jordan are funny and energetic and so knowledgable that you always have a fun and professional session. Jordan always makes the sessions even more challenging and gives so many progressions and regressions in workouts to cater for everyone.
Love the supportive environment and community feel of F45 Cronulla and group training! The most consistent I’ve been to the gym thanks to their encouragement and training!!
Allot of gyms talk about “Community” but the team and members at F45 Cronulla truly live and breathe it. Dee, Ryan and the team make every session tough, rewarding and most importantly fun. Training for me is just as much of a mental game as it is physical and the team at F45 Cronulla are always around encouraging and supporting to make sure goals are continually achieved and evolve. If training at a supportive, challenging and friendly environment is what you are looking for I highly recommend joining the crew at F45 Cronulla.
i can only say great things about this studio! Great atmosphere, the trainers are really friendly and are great coaches! Recommend to anyone whop is looking for a good sweat sesh!
I started at F45 Cronulla 2 weeks ago after being locked in my house for 3 months. I was so insecure, over weight and very scared to walk in. The manager Dechen was absolutely amazing! We spoke on the phone before class and she immediately made me feel welcome. I did my first class and struggled so much but the trainers were so supportive and kind. I have done a total of 8 sessions and I am completely hooked! I can not recommend F45 Cronulla enough! I have always been so scared of gyms and I have finally found one that I absolutely love!
