Great studio for work outs - instructors are very professional. Its α circuit class for those focused on building your core strength and general fitness goals, lots class times. Great fitness - recommend to book in and get started.
The environment and trainers make it a genuinely inclusive community. Having been to a number of HIIT style gyms in the past, F45 Crows Nest is by far the most impressive from a customer experience perspective. If you’re on the fence, couldn’t recommend it more!
Wasn't sure what the F stood for initially... ;) but it appears to be family! Great community feel. Never felt comfortable walking into gyms previously but the whole team at F45 Crows Nest - from owners to trainers to admin staff - have made me feel at home. Such a good crew and a heap of laughs on the way through! Cliché perhaps, but no egos, just good people/fun. Get involved!
I absolutely love F45 Crows Nest, the owners are incredible and very hands on which I love. They are always checking in and make you feel included. The trainers are also the best, very knowledgeable and encouraging, ensuring that form is paramount. They also have good sense of humour. If you want a great balance of cardio and strength then you can’t go past F45 Crows Nest - highly recommend.
I have been too a lot of gyms and F45 Crows Nest is the best. The trainers are exceptional and really invest in your fitness/health journey. The classes are tough but very rewarding. The gym is large (which is uncommon for F45s) and management ensure it is always immaculate.
