Amazing atmosphere! The trainers are very friendly but tough. Their energies are extremely motivating to help squeeze one more rep! I have seen a significant body transformation in only 10 sessions! Just fantastic! Additionally, there is also a great sense of community with challenges and social events organised throughout the year.
I haven’t been to a gym for 20 years and was feeling intimidated but F45 has a friendly and welcoming vibe and they also support you to achieve your best. I recommend joining a challenge team for that team support feel too .

So many reasons why I choose to call F45 Dee Why my favourite gym ever! The main one is the highly skilled and supportive trainers and how they make sure we are correctly and safely executing the exercise during the classes. The sense of community we have there is lovely and keep me motivated to not skip classes and the workouts are so well designed that I never get bored. Highly recommend as it has nothing to disappoint at all.
