F45 Doreen is an amazing place to work out and get your heart pumping. Customers have praised the friendly and motivating staff, as well as the great atmosphere. The one week free trial is a great way to get a feel for the place and see if it's right for you. Customers have said that they can't stay away, with many returning 4-5 times a week.
The facilities are top-notch, with plenty of equipment to choose from. The opening times are flexible, so you can fit in a workout whenever it suits you. There are also a variety of classes available, from HIIT to yoga, so you can find something that works for you. Personal training options are also available, so you can get the most out of your workout.
Security and parking are also taken care of, so you can feel safe and secure while you work out. All in all, F45 Doreen is a great place to get fit and have fun. With its friendly staff, great atmosphere, and top-notch facilities, it's no wonder customers keep coming back.
First session today. It is a quick work out, but definitely gets your heart pumping. Would reccomend for first timers. Staff were amazing; friendly and motivating.
Thought I'd make it here 1 or 2 times per week. Can't stay away, 4-5 visits a week!! Great team, great atmosphere! Give it a go!
