Joined for one session as I usually use anther F45 facility. Owner was so lovely and accommodating and allowed me to do a session for free there! Lovely gesture. The gym had a very family atmosphere!

Been going here for over 12 months. Aaron the head trainer is an absolute legend and the group training environment is positive and encouraging for all fitness levels. Plenty of parking and I usually grab something from coles on the way out.
