Joining F45 Gladstone nearly 2 years ago was the best decision I’ve ever made. I never find it hard to motivate myself to go as they make you so welcome and help you out so much. Workouts are great and I love that I don’t need to think about it just go and get it done and walk out feeling stronger/fitter each day. If you’re looking for a friendly, fun and welcoming place to workout then F45 Gladstone is it.
F45 training is good but F45 Gladstone Training is the best! Functional 45mins of training isn’t the only thing you get here. You get Fitness, guaranteed. You have Fun…Fun, because your Friends are by your side and because the Family of coaches, encourage you, acknowledge you and appreciate you. Every time! The workouts change and keep you guessing. There’s no boredom, plenty of laughs and even more results. The standard of coaching is above and beyond. There’s times where you’ll see them in studio working out too, or they’ll jump in next to you, to help motivate you through it. I started on the Free Trial and just keep coming back for more. Fitness doesn’t come along with fun, friends and family often or even with the word free for that matter. But no matter what level of fitness you have or want to achieve, F45 Gladstone can help you out for sure
I’m not going to lie, the struggle is real getting up to go to the 5am class but once I’m there I’m always greeting with a good morning from the wonderful trainers. They are full of energy and create the perfect atmosphere to smash out a workout…and they pick some awesome tunes to get you moving! F45 Gladstone become become part of your life! Give it a try, you won’t regret it! ❤️
F45 Gladstone is the place to achieve your goals. The coaches and staff are super friendly and amazing. Class times are great and plenty of options. Love that in 45 minutes you have completed a workout and feel great for the rest of the day. Wouldn’t train anywhere else.
