I’ve been a member since the doors first opened, The den is the place to be!! These guys are amazing and super supportive with your health/fitness journey. Sean, Matty and the team are awesome trainers. Hit them up for all your training needs!!!
Sean, Matt, Rana and Brayden are phenomenal trainers! They will push you to become better at everything you train. The studio is always friendly, clean and has tons of space. Workouts are never the same and you will always leave feeling like you’re on top of the world! Highly recommend!

Biggest shout out to Sean, Matty, Brayden and Rana..best trainers out without a doubt!! They will absolutely push you to your limits and challenge you where they can, motivating you to do better, be better and feel better!! You will always walk (or crawl) out of the studio knowing you left everything on the mat! Couldn’t recommend F45 Glendenning enough.
