I honestly haven’t been more happy joining f45. The coaches are literally the kindest and most genuine people. I walked in a week ago with no fitness background and I was feeling really nervous. But I received so much guidance and support by the trainers. Sarah and saint who I’ve had the most sessions with have been amazing! They have given me so much confidence and super friendly people. Every single one of the coaches are so beyond incredible and the director is so chill and humble. Rose also greeted me when I did my first ever class and she was incredibly kind. Thank you all for motivating me and helping me feel confident.
