I love the atmosphere at f45 hoppers crossing. The trainers are so encouraging and very helpful to me, they're so welcoming. When I first started there, I was scared at first cause this was my first time at a gym. The trainers are so nice and very helpful especially if it's your first time. I now love going to training everytime because of the atmosphere and how nice the trainers are. I love the vibe there when it comes to training, I feel at home training there because of helpful the trainers there. Not only I feel so welcome by the trainers, but also the people training there are so lovely. The best place to train❤❤❤

F45 has been a great experience for me. The best thing is that it is suitable for anyone (athlete or beginner). When I first started out, I had to take a lot of breaks during the sets and was out of breath constantly. On my first class I questioned whether I made the right choice joining because it was so challenging for me. But now, I feel stronger and a lot more motivated. I often finish the whole workout without stopping. The trainers are extremely kind and helpful (shout out to Tahlia Dyall for running the online classes every day during lockdown), they really are the best. My mindset has completely switched and I am always pumped and excited to go to F45. I would recommend F45 to anyone and everyone.

Love the vibe and trainers here. The studio is spacious, good equipment and multiple classes to choose from. Have been a regular post COVID and I usually start my day with a 5.20am class . Lisa and Jordan are both awesome trainers, especially Jordan who not only pushes you to do your best but is also super motivating. Since I’m relatively new to this style of work out I still have a long way to go in terms of my form and technique. I find that Jordan is always around to answer questions, correct / support and push me to do my best. Highly recommend this studio to anyone who wants to give it a go.
