I love training at F45 Innaloo, there’s always such a good vibe, the trainers are very friendly. I really feel like waking up 5am to train everyday, the best part is it only takes 45 minutes and you done with your workout for the day!
Love this gym! It's not very often you find a gym that makes you feel welcomed and part of the family straight away. I had moved and have been part of F45 gyms before that were much like family so it was an anxious time finding a gym to go to. I attended my first class and was immediately greeted by a smiling trainer. Each day after the trainers made the effort to introduce themselves and check in with me during the session. It was only natural that I started a membership with them. They are honestly the greatest!!
My wife and I both went to F45 in Innaloo for a couple of years, had a great experience and was physically fitter than I've probably ever been! The only reason we stopped was due to moving house to a different area that made it not practical to keep going here. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area! Very supportive and friendly group of trainers who spent a lot of time with us during sessions working on individual goals
Love this place. Fantastic team of coaches, great facility and super welcoming community. I was visiting Perth for a week and dropped in several times. The coaches made me feel right at home and have me great pointers on what to do differently to maximise my training. Recommended to anyone who wants to change their life through fitness and strength, and make great friends in the process!
I’ve been going to this F45 for 2.5 years and it has been my second home and family! I fell in love with F45 because no 2 classes are the same and you get addicted to the incredible, fun workouts that get you fit so quickly! The 45 minutes fly by and you don’t have to think about your workout as it is tailored for you and easy to follow. Every F45 trainer at Innaloo here is amazing, they all make you feel welcome and a part of the F45 fam, they are knowledgeable and huge on technique, they push you and motivate you, and they always bring good vibes to every class! The members here are friendly and non-judgemental like other gyms can be. I’ve made many friends here and the social side of this studio motivates you to come to classes. The F45 Innaloo studio is one of the biggest F45 studios, loads of space and great equipment. Would highly recommend this F45, give it a try and you won’t regret it!
