It's always a great workout. Trainers are fantastic! Everyone is supportive no matter your fitness level or requirements. Classes rotate quite frequently and hardly ever the same setup, so you don't get bored doing the same thing
Great workout to start the day. Different types every day. Trainers are friendly,supportive and motivating. Definitely recommend especially if you are just getting back into exercising as you can workout at your own pace

I have been attending this studio for over a year now and I would not train anywhere else. The trainers are brilliant. The people are amazing. It is the best environment and bunch of people i have ever trained with and everyone is so supportive of each other. It has been amazing the changes they have helped me to achieve and i cannot wait to see how much more I can achieve with the whole studio behind me. I highly recommend F45 Joondalup for everyone!
