Have been training with them for hardly two weeks and I’ve learnt so much already! I had always been sceptic of being someone who would be so much into fitness and exercise but the community and the trainers got me hooked to it and I’m not looking back! All thanks to F45 Kardy :))
I just finished a one week trial with F45 Kardinya while in Perth visiting my sister. I did a number of classes and really enjoyed the workouts. The trainers know what they are doing and have a great energy. Everyone made me feel so welcome. I would definitlely be joining if I wasnt going back to Melbourne.
The owner & trainers here are amazing. There's no judgement from anyone. I always felt self conscious that people were looking at me thinking "what is she doing", but literally nobody cares (apart from the trainers who make sure your form is correct). Everybody smashes it their own way. I struggle with severe depression. I have had to leave classes in tears (due to my mental health, not F45) & all the trainers care about is if you are OK. They check on you before you leave. I recently had to have 3 weeks off due to mental health struggles & nobody pressed why I hadn't been there, they simply said "good to see you back!" & made sure my form was correct throughout the work out. It is definitely a chilled F45 family vibe here. I HIGHLY recommend it. The work outs are great, the music is great & the trainers are so friendly & encouraging & understanding! I ALWAYS feel comfortable during the work outs. Do yourself a favour & try it out.

Doesn't matter your size, age or fitness level - they will make you feel welcome & give you all the support & encouragement that you need on your fitness journey.
I have been a member of F45 Kardinya for about 3 months. The trainers are excellent and make you feel like you are the only one in the class while keeping up the community vibe. They take the time to explain proper technique and make sure you are getting the most out of your workout. I'm stronger and fitter. They have helped me to build up my confidence in using the different pieces of equipment. F45 Kardinya is the best studio in the world!
