I tried to get into a regular fitness routine on my own but never got going. I joined F45 Kelmscott 3 weeks ago and love it. The classes are fun and just what I needed.
I have been to a few F45 gyms before, Kelmscott is by far my fav. The atmosphere and the variety + knowledge of the coaches is handy. This place has become my second home ahah. Thought i would give it a good go in November, Never looked back. Come in for a trial!! Maybe this is the group/ circuit workout for you. ☺️
The coaches make workouts fun!! I enjoy every type of workout, cardio is my favourite. Laughter is definitely encouraged and helps get through the tough parts. My partner really enjoys F45 and he is someone who has never previously been to gyms or exercised.
Such an amazing gym. I have been coming here for years and it has a great atmosphere. The coaches are great especially Darren who goes that extra mile to make you feel comfortable and keeps you working hard when you are about to give up. Highly recommend trying it out :)
