F45 Labrador is a fantastic gym that offers a wide range of classes and personal training options. Customers love the welcoming atmosphere and the friendly, knowledgeable staff. The trainers are highly motivating and push customers to reach their full potential. They also take the time to help correct form and provide modifications for previous injuries. The gym is conveniently located and has great facilities, including plenty of room for exercising and high quality equipment. Customers also appreciate the hygiene protocols in place.
The members of F45 Labrador are very supportive and encouraging of each other, creating a great community atmosphere. Everyone is made to feel welcome and part of the family. The trainers are passionate about their job and have a vested interest in the success of their members. The classes are always fun and challenging, and never the same.
F45 Labrador also offers great value for money, with memberships starting from $39 a week. The team also run funky sock Fridays and other fun activities to keep members motivated. Customers have praised the team for their professionalism and courtesy, and for making them feel optimistic about their fitness journey. It is clear that F45 Labrador is a great place to train and get fit, and customers highly recommend it.
Totally love this training place! Went to try it with my hubby and we got amazed how good it was! The staff is absolutely incredible: nice, friendly but pushing you to achieve your goals. The managers are also really friendly and not pushy which is not often the case when you try a new gym! Would give 6 stars if I could!

First time at F45 and loved it! Staff here were amazing, very friendly and encouraging for a first timer. Seems like a great community to be a part of, would highly recommend this F45 gym to anyone!
Myself and husband have been members since 2017. I have tried other gyms and never enjoyed them enough or saw enough changes to stick to them. This is the only gym where I have kept going because I see the changes and because the coaches are supportive but also fun!
Jumped into a class while on holiday from NZ. Great studio, Super friendly trainers. Made me feel so welcome but weren’t afraid to give this kiwi a good push! I’ll be back!
