Excellent personal training. The trainers are really awesome and helpful. Small and private gym that feels more personal. Highly recommended! to anyone who wants to get in shape. The 45 min training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it.
Started on a trial and now a member. One of the most welcoming workout environments I've ever been too. Team are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was very sceptical about attending thinking everyone watches you but everyone is too busy focusing on themselves to even look at anyone else. All levels of fitness are catered too. Highly recommend for anyone at any stage of their health, weightloss and well-being journey!
Where do I begin!? The studio itself is huge, the staff are knowledgable, motivating and are always there (even outside of hours for assistance). The equipment is top notch, everything is clean from top to bottom. The workouts are second to none and there isn't a class where I walk out of feeling like it was meh - every single workout is a burner and it's great. The vibe is incredible, the members are friendly and approachable, everyone is supportive and it's like a little family. If you're looking for a gym that specialises in this type of training, then this is the place you want to be. Do yourself a favour and try it out, do a trial, give it a whirl! I haven't looked back since joining and can't see myself ever moving anywhere else. Swartz are the team are top notch!! Absolutely love my F45 family!
Love the energy and vibe at F45 studio Lynbrook. Massive studio with friendly faces. Went in not knowing anyone and have made friends with practically everyone. Members and staffs are awesome. You not only get a great workout you also see great results!! Staffs are incredible in what they do. Really appreciate them during my journey there. I’m practically addicted now hahaha
