I have been a member for about 4.5 years and still love it as much as I did when I first started. Lee & Kim have built an awesome culture amongst the F45 trainers and gym lovers. I love the atmosphere, the friendly & enthusiastic trainers, the workouts and the in-house extras F45 Mackay has to offer. It’s such a great gym, I highly recommend giving it a go today!
Every trainer at F45 Mackay City welcomes, supports and encourages but challenges me every time I walk in the doors. I love the upbeat vibe and how people of such varied fitness levels train alongside each other, respect each other, and encourage each other. I've tried a few gyms, but never felt as accepted as I do here, or seen the consistency of trainers caring about every individual's progress. Team training really is powerful the way F45 Mackay does it.

I have had my fair share of trying different gyms and fitness programs over the years, but nothing has come anywhere near close to the incredible experience I have had so far at F45 Mackay City. Each trainer gets to know you quickly, they push you where needed, champion you for your efforts and support your fitness journey 1000%. I love the format of F45 that gets your heart rate right up, you are shown how to do each exercise properly and watched very closely for form, and no day is the same. It’s fast, interesting and the VIBE of the music and even a DJ on Saturdays just keeps everything fun - never have I enjoyed working out so much. Thank you F45!!
F45 Mackay City is the number one studio in the world for a reason! Great welcoming members and fantastic knowledgeable trainers! Always great vibes and music to get you through your workouts. Great for all fitness levels and I have found not as intimidating as your normal gym format/setting. Definitely would recommend!!!
