Marby's a Great F45 studio. Trainers Matt, Scotty, Barasa, Stella and Stefan are all super friendly & knowledgeable. The Members I trained with were all really cool and positive people. I recommend F45 to anyone wanting to get into HIIT & Resistance training in a safe and friendly environment.
Me and my husband have been regular F45 Marby customers since 2017, we supported them through Covid whey they were closed, the trainers are great and the workouts amazing but the customer service is beyond poor. Given our schedules, we decided to cancel our memberships in August and September respectively only to find out that we were being billed until November. I've chased them innumerable times over emails, text messages and received 'we are looking into this' email first week or November after which the owner has gone incommunicado, I am told his phone is broken as of today but surely he has a laptop? Money lost, but also two loyal customers lost forever
Absolutely love training here ! Joel is an amazing trainer that knows how to cater each exercise so that it pushes you that little bit extra and also takes care in making sure your form is correct. The team are very welcoming and make training so much fun ! (:
Absolutely brilliant! Love this place! The trainers are amazing and motivating. I am 10kgs down since I started going and it is largely due to how involved and motivating the team is! Joel and Matt are an amazing, as are the new trainers who are constantly pushing everyone to be the best they can be
Loved my F45 experience. Joel is fantastic, he and his team will always help you train to the best of your own ability, and always strive to keep the workouts fun, engaging and challenging in the best way. Would definitely recommend to anybody thinking of trying it out.
