F45 Meadowbank offers four different membership plans: Unlimited- Flexi (no lock in contract, billed weekly at $66 per week), Unlimited- 3 Months (minimum term 3 months, billed weekly at $62 per week), Unlimited- 6 Months (minimum term 6 months, billed weekly at $60 per week), and Unlimited- 12 Months (minimum term 12 months, billed weekly at $55 per week).

F45 Meadowbank is a fantastic gym that offers a wide range of classes and personal training options. Customers love the convenient location, great equipment, and the friendly and knowledgeable trainers. The trainers are always there to support and encourage customers, and they are very attentive to detail. Customers also appreciate the sense of community and the variety of classes offered. They also love the fact that the classes are always different and challenging, and that the trainers push them to their limits. The studio is also very clean and has plenty of free parking. Customers also appreciate the fact that the trainers are always willing to help and guide them to ensure they get the best workout. Finally, customers love the fact that the classes are over in 45 minutes and that they can see results quickly. All in all, F45 Meadowbank is a great gym that offers a wide range of classes and personal training options, and customers are always happy with their experience.
This f45 is lit and the trainer has good attention to detail. Just a heads up if you go morning class you need to enter via the carpark as the shopping centre is closed. So call ahead and ask the situation if you wanna class at 5am6am. Shoutout to trainer eren, for pushing me !

About time I put in a review after a year.....always enjoy training at F45 Meadowbank. Love the session formats and the members are all extremely dedicated trainers. Erin, Erica and all the other coaches are always great for technique tips and motivation.
I joined up late 2019 in October when the gym first opened up. Since day 1 I have been a regular attendee & besides being motivated to improve my fitness, the atmosphere & super motivation coming from the instructors is amazing. Also its a perfect size (not too small) & located in a quiet easy to get to part of the shopping centre. Highly recommend joining up!
Joining F45 Meadowbank has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. The exercises are engaging, the class atmosphere is welcoming, and the instructors are encouraging. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their fitness but has a hard time finding the motivation to attend the gym.
