I wanted to share my positive experience with F45 Melton. I started 20 weeks ago & was welcomed by Carolyn & the team of staff immediately. Feeling so ready & inspired to gain a healthier lifestyle & increase my fitness. That has definitely happened. I managed to win a challenge, lose weight & cm’s off my body, gain muscle & most importantly gain confidence in myself again. I’ve currently lost 16kg with just a little bit to go to reach a personal goal. I’m eating more food than I thought possible lol, & I know with the help of F45 Melton I’m going to be my best. An AMAZING place to workout, the trainers take the time to help everyone, which I have found a lot of gyms don't do. I joined on a 2 week trial, and will defiantly sign up!
Love my new Fit fam at F45 Melton. So scared on my first day. But the trainers and the people that are regulars are amazing. Love the encouragement when you feel like giving up! So happy and thankful I joined. Here’s to my summer body on ways!
Great friendly and helpful staff/trainers! They know how to work you! Awesome atmosphere. Everyone makes you feel welcome. If you're sick of mainstream gyms I can highly recommend giving F45 a go!
Absolutely amazing! Staff and members are friendly! The workouts are fantastic, as no two are the same to ensure you enjoy every class. You feel your body working, not like other gyms where you often feel you didn't work up a sweat. Big shout out to F45 Melton!
