Moved here from a different F45 studio due to relocation. Love the studio, the trainers are all so great and helpful! Location is convenient too with easy access and parking. Couldn't be happier with F45 Moorabbin. :)
The team at F45 are absolutely amazing! They are fun, informative and always there to guide you when and where required. The F45 moto of team training, life changing is definitely adhered to at the Moorabbin studio as I can happily say the team and friends I have made along the way have been part of that life changing journey! Cannot thank you all enough- I will continue to travel 45 mins every morning just to attend this studio even though I pass another 10 on my way! Thanks always to this amazing team ♡♡
I cannot recommend F45 Moorabbin more highly. Despite possessing an initial apprehension due to my less than par level of fitness, my fears were quickly alleviated when I was welcomed by all involved with the studio. Since joining in April, the F45 Moorabbin trainers have not only been friendly and professional but most importantly have been approachable in supporting me with my fitness goals. During my first 8 weeks I was able to lose over 21kg as well as improving my general strength and fitness levels... none of which would’ve been possible without the support of the trainers, other members and the team environment present within the studio. For those who are contemplating joining a gym, look no further than F45 Moorabbin.
I trialled F45 Moorabbin in January 2017 & loved the vibe, friendly atmosphere & the format of the workouts. I was committed elsewhere though. But once that commitment was completed I immediately switched to F45 Moorabbin & signed up for 6 months. I love the format of F45, I love that each training session is different & challenging but you can still work at your own level. The trainers at F45 Moorabbin are terrific, they know when you need motivating & that extra push, but also recognise when you need encouragement & a little TLC. They fix technique & form & assist you with modifications when you are carrying injuries. There is nothing not to love about F45 Moorabbin. This old girl will be around for a while yet. Well done on creating such a positive & friendly atmosphere for people of all ages.
If you've tried the rest, come to the best. F45 Moorabbin GENUINELY cares for every member that walks through the door. Supportive and motivating, the team at Moorabbin are awesome. F45 is that best workout and the 45 minutes goes so quickly! Everyday is different and when I miss a session I'm a complete FOMO. Moorabbin is a great studio with lots of light and space. Can't recommend F45 Moorabbin highly enough to help you achieve the best you.
