It's been 12 months and I'm still here! Post COVID, like many of us, carried a few extra kgs, I also struggled with motivation. I ran out of excuses and joined F45 Mordialloc. F45 Mordi has been a real lifestyle change for me. Every class is different, the trainers keep you going and I even have a bit of fun with the other members. Apologies to anyone for my bad dance moves between sets! It caters for all fitness levels, from me starting out not being able to complete 1 push up on my toes, to those that like to continuing improve themselves. If you are looking at creating a better version of yourself, F45 Mordi combined with the training sessions, helped me with my nutrition, which is included in your membership. I successfully lost 10 kgs in 10 months, not by some fad diet, but by being consistent and making small tweaks to my nutrition. I can still enjoy a glass of wine and ice cream! In this period I also achieved couch to 10km fun run in 12 weeks. Purely trusting the training of F45. Having fun and being passionate about what you do will see you achieve results. I've never regretted a workout. F45 Mordialloc creates a great atmosphere to achieve your goals.

Just completed their 21-day trial and had zero doubts about joining the F45 family at Mordialloc. The trainers are courteous, completely invested and make you feel welcome right from the get-go. No two days are the same and the variety of exercises on offer leave me being 100% fulfilled after each session.
