LOVE LOVE F45 NW. Enjoying each and every session here. Started with the free 7 day trial ( first time stepping into a gym ever!!). The workouts are always changing, there is something new every time I walk in. I can’t speak highly enough of the supportive trainers here… They are phenomenal and they will give you all the confidence you need :) The atmosphere is great and I highly recommend signing up !!!

Signed up for a 7 day free trial after having friends that recommended it, have loved every session so far. The trainers are amazing, they are so friendly and helpful, whether you’ve been there for 1 day or years, they motivate you and teach you correct technique. I love the group environment and I love that the workouts are planned and they show you how to do it properly. I used to go to a local gym and not really know much about what I was doing and would walk around feeling pretty clueless. Now I love feeling part of a team and that it caters to everyones fitness level whether you’re a beginner or been in it for years. I’ve now signed up for a membership and it’s the best thing I’ve done for myself!
My first F45 class was amazing! The workouts are always really varied and I can always feel all of my muscles working! The trainers are so lovely and welcoming, it’s a really nice environment and everyone is so friendly. It’s like no gym class ive ever been to before! Really glad I’ve signed up at Narre Warren!
I have just joined F45. I was not a gym person at all. The team at Narre Warren are friendly, supportive in every way. The trainers are focused on making you be the best you can be. This motivates me to push myself which I never got from a other gyms. On top of that the atmosphere is friendly, social and positive. The ever changing classes keeps things interesting.
