F45 Nerang is an amazing gym that offers a unique mix of cardio and weights to help customers get their muscles growing. The trainers are top notch and very motivating, and the atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, and super fun. The trainers are eager to help and take time with each customer, and they understand what each customer is striving for and will help them get there. The gym is clean and tidy and there is easy parking. The owners, trainers, and gym goers all do a fantastic job inspiring community and celebrating each customer's achievements. Everyone is always welcome and nobody ever gets left behind, making it a true family atmosphere. Customers love the encouragement and support they get in every single session, and they appreciate the help they get to reach their goals. F45 Nerang is the perfect place to get fit and have fun while doing it.
The staff at Nerang are fantastic!! Very motivating and inviting. I'm easily intimidated when going to gyms and I feel very comfortable. They will accommodate and modify any move to help you achieve maximum results for yourself.
I highly recommend F45. The mix of cardio and weights really helps get your muscles growing. All the trainers at the Nerang studio are top notch and very motivating.
I started at F45 Nerang 3 weeks ago , had no energy and feeling really unconfident about myself, the trainers and managers and class family have made me feel so welcome. The help I get is absolutely awesome. I’m feeling so much better in three weeks and are so looking forward to the future new me . Best thing I did for myself was join the Nerang F45 family
From the moment you walk in the door, everyone is very welcoming. The trainers have awesome energy and knowledge, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. They understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The gym is clean and tidy and there is easy parking. In my opinion it is a 10 out of 10. You won't regret it!! :D
