They are passionate about helping their members reach their fitness goals and are always willing to offer advice and support.

Sam, Krysten and the team made me feel so welcome from Day One. I went in with aspirations of losing weight and getting fit but it wasn’t long until that mindset changed to loving the kickstart to the day and creating a positive mindset. If you’re unsure of joining or starting a trial then absolutely have a chat before you start or just get in there for a free trial. It’ll feel great and yes, you tone-up and get fit!
The team at F45 Northbridge have completely changed my perspective on working out. All of the trainers have a personal interest in you and how you are improving and they are so encouraging throughout every class. If you are considering joining an F45 gym I highly recommend joining F45 Northbridge!
