F45 Nowra is a fantastic gym that has completely changed the lives of many of its customers. The staff are friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is always upbeat and motivating. The trainers are knowledgeable and take the time to ensure that everyone is doing the exercises correctly and safely. The equipment is well-maintained and there is plenty of it, so you don't have to worry about waiting for someone to finish using it. The gym also offers a variety of classes, personal training options, and exercise and training protocols to suit everyone's needs. The security is top-notch and the parking is convenient. The opening times are also very flexible, so you can fit in a workout whenever it suits you. All in all, F45 Nowra is an excellent gym that provides a great experience for all its customers.
I have have trained here a few times when I'm down for holidays. The staff facilities and the vibe is off the chain. Do yourself a favour and give it a go.
This gym and the trainers have completely changed my life. Couldn't ask for a better bunch of people to train with too Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get their fitness on track in a professional but fun environment Best move I ever made
Its not the best F45 studio I have been to and I probably won't be back. The trainers just stand back to the sides and yell out time remaining . They do not correct form and they come across as judgemental. Equipment is left all over the place and you spend majority of the workout time trying to find the weights you need.
Best gym in the Shoalhaven!
