F45 Nundah is seriously such an amazing place to work out and feel a real sense of community. I only joined up 4 weeks ago in time to start the 6 week challenge and I am loving it. The trainers are great and so welcoming. Tilly and Gee truly are wonderful and I’m so glad I joined the F45 Nundah Family.

I used to struggle at the gym and found it hard to get motivated and stay on track. F45 is the best thing I’ve done for my fitness. The classes are planned so I don’t have to think about the workout before turning up. The trainers keep you motivated and on track. The trainers and other members at F45 nundah makes you feel like part of the family. If you follow the meal plan provided and do regular classes, you get results fast. 100% worth the the membership.
F45 is a seriously good workout that gave better results, than all the other gyms that I've tried. Everyone is doing their best and work hard, which makes everything a bit easier. The environment is very friendly. Gee and Tilly (plus the other coaches) are all really nice and supportive, while also giving extra challenges to push us even further.
I have been going to F45 in Nundah for over 3 years, it’s a fantastic community and great gym. Gee & Tilly and the trainers all push you to achieve great results. It has a real community atmosphere about it, very welcoming!! Would highly recommend to anyone
