I travel with work so I visit a lot of gyms. The environment inside the studio in Ormeau is incredible. I’d been gone over a year and it felt like I slotted back into a family I’d been away from. Everyone is super encouraging and the trainers are second to none. Would highly recommend.
Paid one month upfront and decided to cancel after a week, requested for the refund (as it stated on the contract) and haven't received the money after a month of trying to get my refund and sending plenty of emails and messages
I have been training with F45 Ormeau for almost 2 years now and I can honestly say it is the best decision I every made to join. I am fitter now that I have been in my lifetime. The trainers are absolutely amazing and all so motivating. They are helpful for all fitness levels and want you to be the best you can. I have met some amazing people and made some beautiful friends. I would and do recommend F45 Ormeau to anyone
After training at F45 Ormeau for a year I have become the strongest and fittest I have ever been and enjoyed doing it the entire time. The trainers have a wealth of knowledge and endless support. Turning up and feeling comfortable to train and not like a number is one of the things that makes this gym different to so many others. Come for the training and leave with friends that feel like family
F45 Ormeau is like a boxing match. Just like every round you are going to push yourself everyday. You don’t know who your opponent is going to be just like you don’t know what your going to get each session. But with world class trainers Jay, Luke, Ricardo, Sandy, Katie and Kelly in your corner they make you believe in yourself and you keep coming back wanting more. After every F45 session you feel like you come away with the win and are a better, stronger and fitter version of yourself. Basically like how Rocky Balboa felt when he reached the top of those stairs. Give F45 Ormeau a go, it’s in a league of its own.
