F45 Port Macquarie has a fun & friendly environment with a team that can whip you into shape. I went to nearly every gym in Port to find the gym that was right for me, F45 ticked every box. I joined three weeks ago and I am loving it - I told myself I would go 3 days a week but found myself hitting it 5 days
Best decision you will make for yourself . Exercise are different and set up for you every day so you don't get bored + always working different body part . All the coaching team is amazing and super welcoming and friendly , special shout out to Jodie , she is just the best of the best .
We are officially hooked on F45! Functional, personal training in a team workout environment. The trainers are great and the venue is fabulous.
