F45 well worth the money investment in your health. It's a no brainer for me as A Registered Nurse I have seen many knee replacements broken bones and out of work for a long time recovering while losing money not working so $55 a week is a pretty good choice in comparison, don't forget you are going to look Fab mentally and physically and the family run buisiness are local people too so promoting buisiness in our Community while boosting our health. The staff are a cut above the rest and 45 min workout with like minded people of all ages while listening to some cool work out tunes is a very good idea
I’d been looking for something to push me for a while. I was regularly training on my own but needed the encouragement and push to go harder - I joined F45 on a trial and loved it almost instantly! Before the end of my first class I had already decided this was no longer a trial it was just my starting lane into what was my new second home! Love it! Try it! You won’t regret it! I certainly haven’t!
This is a champion team of the kind of trainers you definitely want in your corner! I've trained at F45s in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, and can honestly say that F45 Pullenvale is the best of them! The trainers genuinely pay attention, show up at the right time to push you through your limit, know when to back off, are consistent with the quality of their advice, and equally generous with their time as they coach everyone in every group. The room at F45 Pullenvale is a great size, with heaps of easy parking and a great view. The quality of the equipment and cleanliness of the gear is outstanding, and always reset perfectly for each new session. Awesome team, awesome venue, awesome training!
I loved the methodology of the gym but especially the attention and motivation Lisa and her sons have given me. Checking if I was doing the exercises correctly, encouraging me and supporting me. Such a great team! Congratulations
