F45 Ringwood is an incredible fitness studio that offers a wide range of high-intensity workouts and classes. Customers love the friendly and encouraging atmosphere, as well as the professional and clean premises. The trainers are highly experienced and knowledgeable, and they take great care to ensure that everyone is using the correct technique and getting the most out of their workouts. They also provide personal training options and are always happy to help. Customers have also praised the music, which is loud and high-tempo, and the soap in the showers, which is said to be farmed from the happy tears of majestic unicorns at a laugh factory. All in all, F45 Ringwood is a great place to get fit and have fun.
Ringwood F45 is a wonderful place to be. The knowledge, skill and care the coaches provide is impeccable. They genuinely care.
The trainers here are all fantastic. Particularly grateful to Damien and Amanda who lead most of the classes I've been to. Damien helped me work through some back issues I had when I started that could easily have stopped my progress. The program is addictive and yeah, the music is loud and high-tempo. It's challenging, it's fun and so far the results are great.
Fantastic! I was quite self-conscious and worried about starting in a very popular program, I'm just getting back into committed exercise after nearly 10 yrs, but Damian is a great instructor, very mindful of my ability. Great care shown. Clean premises and professional set up! Impressive, and I highly recommend them.

Best of the best. F45 has a good reputation in the marketplace. F45 Ringwood is in my opinion, the cream of the crop. What makes it so? The atmosphere. The trainers create a culture of "no pretense", and the members that stay adhere to that. There is genuine delight in seeing others better themselves, and I love being part of it.
